After the what happened on life boat I went to the life boat app and I lost all my vip purchases I did what it said to do on help and about but nothing happened . And on tweeter I never get the sim code

When I go into lifeboat it said /register and Went to the lifeboat app to fix it. It said that account name wasnt recognized, and when I logged it said the same thing. I looked up how to fix the issue and it didnt work. I lost all my points and VIP+. This app it a waste of time and money since my VIP+ was deleted!!!

I went on CTF today to play, It said the account isnt registered, I went to your app, it said "Woops. There is no player with this name" SO MY ACCOUNT GOT DELETED!!! I had VIP on CTF and SG too. I DIDNT EVEN GET A REFUND. either I get my account back, or I get a refund.

First off these servers are terrible and I had an account and it wont let me register it now so I re register it and it says sorry try again later what the heck this is terrible I want to play but I cant because it wont let me register please fix this this should be a zero star rate for me also I just bought a vip for capture the flag and it says error we couldnt locate the server what the heck does that mean so basically this is just a scam a ripping people off im telling apple and Im gonna have them take you off the Apple Store and I want my money back

Im having issues with my VIP+. I bought VIP+ not too long ago for 10 dollars, and I tried going onto SG Teams and its not working? I tried to restore it which it did not help. I am very frustrated that I paid 10 dollars for VIP+ that does not work. Please fix this issue, or I will ask for my money back. Also, I have been noticing that many kids are getting around inappropriate words such as bf or gf or grown up words for older viewers. They may use ( or another kind of way to get around the word. It is not a great idea to keep this happening. I will need my money back or you need to fix this issue. Thank you.

I payed $10 for VIP+ and it just recently took it away after the update and I want my $10 back or VIP+ back

I sent two emails to lifeboats support email because I could login and then Bounty Hunter is not registering me as VIP+. Never have I got an email back for my $10.00 I spent on VIP+ and my login problem fixed itself. If Lifeboat has a "active" support team why havent I gotten an email back? I have followed the directions on this app and STILL waiting for a response. In a nutshell Lifeboat is taking my money and is laughing in my face. Fix this and maybe someone would actually give you 4-5 stars worth.

Took the money to upgrade and now the app wont even open

Ive been on lifeboat for a long time, but I started playing CTF about two weeks ago. I purchased VIP+ on Friday, and now its completely gone. I cant even restore it through my purchases. Im very angry I spent $10 on something I used two days before it got screwed up. Now I dont have VIP+ and I wasted $10. Id appreciate it if I could have my VIP+ back. My user is pupsfox.

I bought vip and since the new update it was gone. I wasted 10 dollars on vip. I thought that I would get it back if i follow the instuctions on the help settings. I was very happy with my account is ntil now. Is it just me or does it happen to anyone else?!??! I hope i will get it back soon...

OK COME ON! I got vip Ive had it for awhile now but now its gone on all the servers of yours! Ive spent so much money and now its all gone! ALSO I GOT FULL IRON AND DIAMOND SWORD ON PVP I COUPLE SECS LATER IT TURNS TO DIRT BACKGROUND AND SAYS CHEATING IS NOT PRIMETED!

I go on all of their servers, but hackers are everywhere. Its worse on ctf because if you fall into the void it will kick you off because the server thinks your hacking. Yet many players get away with flying and trust me, Im not the only one who notices it. Ive seen many other servers besides lbsg that dont have hacker. Pigraid hired staff members to monitor their servers and no one hardly EVER sees a hacker. There is no point in emailing lifeboat for advice, because half the time the enable cannot be sent. When it does work they look at your advice and they just turn their backs. I made the suggestion to them a few weeks ago that they hire staff like Pigraid to hire staff to find hackers and ban them, but like always, they just dont listen. It funny how lifeboat is one of the biggest server networks on Minecraft pe yet they cant even keep hackers out. I would not recommend this app.

So I was playing hunger games on Lifeboat and I was able to make a Diamond sword but then a player was killing me and I was running but then I getting held back and I was killed so Lifeboat people fix the bugs in the game and if you say its not your fault yes it is!!!!!And paying for V.I.P is nonscence!!!!!!

Has good games and is really fun but has a few bugs that will most likely be fixed soon.

I used to love this. The servers are great, the new update is great, everything. But, since the newest server update, my VIP+ ranking has been on and off and I am completely and utterly annoyed. This is ridiculous. Please fix this issue. Ive purchased the VIP+ rank and Ive used it, and now its saying I dont have one. Please fix this. I would give it five stars and recommend it to friends if it werent for this issue. If you want more users I would suggest you fix this issue. Thanks.

Ok so every time I try to log in I Put in my minecraft user name (its alredy registered) and every single time I try to set up my life boat account itll ask for my mc username I put it in but itll say my names not registered??? So it wont lemme log in any one else having this problem??
