VIP Issue + Inappropriate Words

Im having issues with my VIP+. I bought VIP+ not too long ago for 10 dollars, and I tried going onto SG Teams and its not working? I tried to restore it which it did not help. I am very frustrated that I paid 10 dollars for VIP+ that does not work. Please fix this issue, or I will ask for my money back. Also, I have been noticing that many kids are getting around inappropriate words such as bf or gf or grown up words for older viewers. They may use ( or another kind of way to get around the word. It is not a great idea to keep this happening. I will need my money back or you need to fix this issue. Thank you.
