Fix it!

Ive been on lifeboat for a long time, but I started playing CTF about two weeks ago. I purchased VIP+ on Friday, and now its completely gone. I cant even restore it through my purchases. Im very angry I spent $10 on something I used two days before it got screwed up. Now I dont have VIP+ and I wasted $10. Id appreciate it if I could have my VIP+ back. My user is pupsfox.
