Im only putting 5 stars so people can hear my cry.

I sent two emails to lifeboats support email because I could login and then Bounty Hunter is not registering me as VIP+. Never have I got an email back for my $10.00 I spent on VIP+ and my login problem fixed itself. If Lifeboat has a "active" support team why havent I gotten an email back? I have followed the directions on this app and STILL waiting for a response. In a nutshell Lifeboat is taking my money and is laughing in my face. Fix this and maybe someone would actually give you 4-5 stars worth.
