Took my money

I bought vip and since the new update it was gone. I wasted 10 dollars on vip. I thought that I would get it back if i follow the instuctions on the help settings. I was very happy with my account is ntil now. Is it just me or does it happen to anyone else?!??! I hope i will get it back soon...
