What the hell

I bought my VIP+ fair and square before these updates. Like, 5 months ago, and Ive always had my VIP+ since. But now, on my iPhone Im still signed in the same Apple ID I got it in the first place. But when I try to restore my purchase it loads for half a second and stops. Doesnt restore ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!
