Vip+ is gone, please fix.

I have had my Vip+ on Capture the flag for over 2 months now. Not a problem in sight until today. I try to go into Capture the flag and it says, "This account isnt registered, register it by using /register" The thing is is that I already have Vip+! So I fully register my account again and I go to pick a Kit. It says, "This is for Vip only" Umm I have Vip. So I go into the lifeboat app and I check my stats, IT SAYS 0 KILLS AND 0 DEATHS! All my stats are gone, every single day Ive played this game is nothing anymore. This has happened before but my stats werent erased. Please find some way to fix this. I love your servers and love playing them. Please fix this issue.
