2 VIPs on 1 iTunes???!!!!!!

My family has bought one vip on our iTunes account and now we cannot buy another!!! Just get a website to make things much easier. When I try and buy the in app purchase, it says it has already been bought and then does nothing. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!
